How to prevent flu or treat flu?

Assalamualaikum and hello!

Exams just ended and i am having my light flu. I am starting to not consuming medicines from the hospitals or clinics. Those medicines can really harm our kidney if we consume too much and always. So,beware friends. Please start to not taking medicines. Eating fruits and vegetables are the best way to prevent flu.

We do know that eating fruits and vegetables high in vitamin C will help to keep our immune system strong. Load up some citrus fruits, oranges, kiwis, papayas and strawberries which rich in vitamin C. Try this and i bet it will work on you because it works on me. 

Alas, flu, cough and sore throat come in a package. Also we tend to feel itchy around the area of our eyes and nose. This is normal. Unbearable. But it's ok. Load some fruits and have a sleep. InsyaAllah you will feel better. Gargle some listerine or salt water (make one) to lessen your sore throat. Oh you can suck on Dequadin or Eclipse mints. (i always do these and they works on me. I prefer eclipse coz the menthol really eases my throat)

Make fruits part of every meal. Nowadays we tend be so busy and end up not eating fruits. REMEMBER! eat fruits before your meal. Make it as a habit to balance up your diet. For light and healthy breakfast, you can consume some berries or banana and a cup of honey drink or chinese tea. DON'T SKIP YOUR BREAKFAST!

Here, i wanna share one healthy nutrition that everyone needs to consume which is tadaa!! HERBALIFE . Easy and it is healthy. The fastest breakfast you can make. A REMINDER! Sakit itu penghapus dosa. Semasa sakit, Allah tarik nikmat kesihatan kita, rezeki kita dan dosa kita tetapi setelah itu Dia beri semula kesihatan dan rezeki semula tetapi tidak memulangkan dosa langsung. Subhanallah , He is The Most Merciful.

Semester Break

Assalamualaikum!!!

Congratulations!!!! The semester break is here and it begins now! Yes 10th of april 2013 aka my dad's birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD^^

Alhamdulillah my final exams went very well. InsyaAllah i will get my Dean's List again this semester.

So as usual, things to-do run in a list :

1. Revise subjects for next semester
2. Hang out with friends
3. Read novels and educational books
4. Composting and gardening
5. Cooking and baking
6. Babysitting my siblings
7. Spring clean my room
8. Do extra ibadah
9. Fangirling Daeguknamah
10. Take care of myself (hair, nails, skin)
11. Eat, eat and eat hahahaha
12. Replace my puasa hehehe ^^;;
13. Blog photoshoots
14. Go to my favourite boutiques and shopping (probably)
15. Spend more time with Family
16. Discipline in cosuming herbalife
17. Watch out over my second last sibling's diet coz he is in obesity stage

18. Learn how to sew

Basically, the things that i need to do will run in a neverending list (actually). Nope! i HAVE to use my time wisely and spend less time on social networks. Write more on my blog ohhhh and organize collaboration blog with eyka hisham named duodaybook. I needa get serious now. Time is so precious.

My third semester will be on June the first week if i am not mistaken. So right now, let's get it started. Importantly, i have to organize myself first. My skin, nails, hair and basically MYSELF has been abandoned for the past 4 months hahahaha how bad am i. So,

Project Runway

Salam and hi everyone!

Pada 19 Mac 2013 yang lalu (baru ada masa nak update). Bel260 A.K.A English lah senang. Sir Mohd Izuan Ismail tersayang, menyuruh kami sekelas membuat satu projek dipanggil “Project Runway” Cuba teka saya ni amik course apa? Arts? Musical? SALAH! HAHAHAHA nak jawapan kan? Sila baca sampai habis :P

So kami telah bertungkus lumus dan bergadai nyawa (ok x gadai pun nyawa.menipu lebih. Gimik!) menyiapkan benda Allah tu. Parah satu badan. Yelah mana lah kami ni reti nak jahit baju. Jahit butang baju pun mak buat. Inikan nak jahit baju Barbie? Pigidaaaah.. Disaster!! Sekarang baru tau betapa susahnya and kenapa baju Barbie and baju baby lagi mahal daripada baju orang dewasa dan manusia. Sebab SUSAH NAK JAHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!:'((

Tapi kami 4 groups (sekelas) dah berjaya. Huuuuuu nak nangis ok semasa membuat dan setelah melihat hasil tangan sendiri menjadi (semua hand sewn). Stress! Satu kelas kara ke-tension-an nya. Sebab 1 week after that due date, kitaorg ada finals. Pastu nak fikir video nak arab and mandarin then ada test 2. Seriously rasa nak tarik selimut dan berhibernasi tanpa memikirkan tentang apa-apa.

TAPI JJANG! INILAH HASILNYA!!!! Cantik tak??? (sila cakap cantik sebab tailor group kita sampai nagis-nangis menjahitnya)

How I design it? The design. 

Inspired by Jane Volturi from the famous movie The Twilight Saga and we put it some Islamic characteristics. Ala-ala tutup aurat lah. So that non-muslims can wear it. Our company’s name “Xandra Darwin” cewah nama poyo je! Acah-acah je nama tu. Kena market kan sekali masa present so yeah :D

Coloring and designing and drawing done by me and it's suppose to be in ombre but it turns out to be in a total pink hikhikhik BUDAK INVESTMENT lah katakan... memang lah tak reti nak ber-ombre bagai. idea je gempak , output lebih kurang je.
 
Apabila tengok design sendiri jadi baju betul, rasa terharu sangat dan happy tak terhingga. dok tenung barbie tu sampai boleh buta mata.

So, what u say ?Pelajar diploma in investment analysis (uitm segamat) gheti tau buat. Anda pula bagaimana?? jealous tak :P

Tattoo

Salam and hai! I was so boring (in class) so i drew this on my left hand with my drawing pen. Ignore the crooked shape. If i am allowed to have a tattoo, i will do this. It looks cool to me. So what do you think? yay or nay?

Final exam is coming soon (HUWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!) and subjects to ‘fight’ with are statistics, microeconomics, English and Islamic thoughts & civilization.

After all the ups and downs for this second semester, from videos, to assignments, to some weird tasks like designing a dress, final exam is finally here. Ah bajet  cakap English. Malas! Jadi, setelah  melalui semua pahit manis perit derita sengsara (hahah over)bersama classmates,akhirnya semuanya selesai. ALHAMDULILLAH!

Sekarang ni kena dapat kan DEAN’S LIST AGAIN for this second semester! WAJIB WOI! I won’t let my parents down and will try to be the best eldest sister! Mama texted me this morning :

“Good luck for your exam E’a.

Mama doakan you could do your

second semester with flying colours, inshaAllah.”

Sobs sobs, thanks mama. Sesungguhnya seorang mak tu memang sentiasa tau yang anaknya dalam ke-tension-an and ke-nervous-an. Tipulah kata tak stress. Sebab this semester I am so busy with PAC and other stuffs and since it’s a short semester, semua benda nak cepaaaaat je. Terbalik jap hidup aku. Pergh kalau jadi exco ke mpp ke jpk ke, agaknya mmg terbalik 360 degrees dah my life.  Oleh itu,doakan saya dapat DL again this semester dan saya sgt cuak actually. Takpe, Allah is always there for us and never forgets Him. InsyaAllah , kita jaga Allah, Allah akan jaga kita balik. Kan?

On 20^th march 2013 , I did acappella with my seniors for DCS’s Dinner. There’re six of us and omgee memang cool nak mati!! Ya ALLAH pleaselah nak buat lagiiiiiiii~~~ we mixed just the way u are with marry u and we did skyfall ( I was the singer). Later if they have uploaded the video, prolly I will post here

Malam Kebudayaan

Assalamualaikum and hello!

Last 26^th of February 2013 (Tuesday), Performing Arts club (PAC) of UiTM Segamat, Johor, has successfully done their Malam Kebudayaan : Teater Muzikal tribute P.Ramlee.

The theatre contained 3 dramas during P.Ramlee’s era ; Anakku Sazali, Madu Tiga and  3 Abdul. (tokseh hang nak cakap omputih sangat laaah)

Jadi, sepanjang berlangsungnya malam kebudayaan itu, banyak pengalaman yang telah aku timba. I learned what does teamwork means, time consuming and what is family all about. Ya Allah tipulah kata I don’t miss those moments. Dari hari pertama kami berlatih sehingga ke malam kemuncak itu. Banyak sangat obstacles yang datang but we did it.

Obstacles seperti:

1.    Practice selalu je yang datang lambat

2.     Datang sikit yang teramat sangat

3.    Ada yang sakit

4.    Malam before malam kebudayaan ,persembahan kami masih tak kuat

5.    Ada yang tarik diri last minit

6.    Props

7.    DAN SEBAGAINYA….

TAPI SEMUA TU LUMRAH. SEMUA TU LAH YANG MENJADIKAN KENANGAN PAHIT DAN MANIS TERCIPTA. ASAM GARAM DALAM SESUATU TEAMWORK, BIASA LAH TU.

We did it successfully and feedbacks from orang-orang yang datang sangat memuaskan. THEY LIKE IT! :D Anakku Sazali sangat sedih and until ada some of the watchers cried. Oh I know who but I don’t have to mention here I guess hahahahaha

My heart skips a beat when I heard them were laughing over our performance uuuuuuu terharu rasa nak nangis :”) [walaupun ia sangat nerve wrecking momentos]

Special Performance by Irsa Sahabuddin (kak miza’s sister) was DAEBAK! Thank you Kak Irsa  . Memang the whole of your family sangat talented!

I missed each and every moment (and still missing now) I faced sepanjang malam kebudayaan berlangsung. Some of my seniors (in PAC) will graduate this year and sangatlah sedih ok L They are so sporting and they are so kind yet when it is time to be serious time, they are. Zairul, Huz, Abg Faidiey lagi siapa yang semester 6 this semester? I am sooooo gonna miss u guys. Serious talk! I am not lying!  I LOVE EVERY BIT ABOUT YOU GUYS!

InsyaAllah, I will continue my journey in PAC and learn a lot more from the seniors.

This is an important announcement, I made myself on the stage (has been my dream since I was in  school coz masa sekolah dulu banyak sangat competiton sebab girls school kan and most of them are pretty and talented). I was a stage fright yet after joining PAC i overcame it. Thanks Thanks Thanks to all of you!! Tak terhingga rasanya nak cakap thanks :”)  Terima kasih semua! YES I MEANT, IT ALL OF YOU!

WHATEVER IT IS, I HAD SO MUCH FUN WITH ALL OF YOU! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I LOVE YOU GUYS!  AWESOME AND COOL PEOPLE!

Dinner NADIIA

Assalamualaikum and Hello :D

On 28^th of February 2013, NADIIA ( Nadi Diploma In Investment Analysis - my course) had a dinner.  All the students  from year 1 untill year 3 (semester 1 – semester 6) gathered around at the most memorable and most awaiting night ever in every semester where everyone gets to meet each other and wear what they like gorgeously and charmingly.

So, this semester’s theme’s GRAMMY AWARDS.

Weeeeeeee I was so excited! I performed a song by Yuna  (Terukir di bintang) along with Tira, Nia and Ain. Nerve wrecking momento. how was it? sedap tak all of us nyanyi?? Amirul Asyraff got the best outfit for the dinner (he is in semester 1 yet 24 y/o).

But it turned out well. I was so happy that night yet sad too because my seniors (semester 6) are leaving soon! I am soooo gonna miss all of them :’( sobs sad moment. The fact that I always ran away when I bumped into them (when I was walking to my class) is true. This is because, I wanna get used to not seeing them anymore in the future. SAD SAD SAD. I love them so much!!

To all my seniors, (semester 6) please do your best and I trust that all of you can go through all of the obstacles with flying colours. Good luck in whatever you do! Don’t give up instead if you fail, keep on doing it again and again until you get it. Nothing in life has short cut way.  I learned a lot from each one of you and my love towards NADIIA grows each and every day. Semoga kita berjumpa di masa akan datang.
